Purpose:

Controlled by touch screens, tests can be conducted at a fixed force value, at fixed time, at a fixed speed, at a fixed displacement and for fixed times. Some seconds can be kept when reaching a set force value.

Feature:

The machine adopts Panasonic servo+ ball screw transmission to realize an accurate test for force value. It is unnecessary to configure the curves for computer display material tests; data can be derived to realize closed-loop control tests. It is particularly applied to a complete inspection for fixed force values of the production line and products.

Packing and Shipping:

Our test machine will be packed in appropriate cardboard boxes and/or crates. The products will be shipped using standard shipping methods such as air freight, sea freight, or ground transport. Any special shipping requirements should be discussed with the supplier prior to the purchase.
