Features:
• 100% -full flow area thru the valve internal.
• maximize the small orifice from 1.6MM (DN 50) to 4.0MM (DN300).
• The float can resist high pressure from 51-70Bar for different
size air valve.
• Guide barrel have few holes in surroundings for water exhausting
and help float drop down easier and quicker during vacuum.
• Can blow off the water on top of the sealing arc thru small
orifice and keep it dry to prevent polluted water coming into
pipeline during vacuum.
• Most parts of valves can be recycled.
• Single body preventing breakage of dual bodies connection.
• All internal parts are 304SS material without rusting.
• Screen on the top can prevent harm to children, insects and birds
to get in.
• Float with a rubber sealing on top, provide better sealing (
larger buoyancy ) effect on small orifice.
• Float with a rubber sealing can be as an absorber to prohibit
water hammer direct acting on the sealing arc and seat impact.
•Special cover design-prevent stealing water.
