Vibration system test:
In order to achieve the best working condition and maintain the performance of the ultrasonic metal welding machine to ensure the normal operation of the vibration system, the vibration system must be inspected.
1. The components of the rack must be tightened, and the welding head should not touch the work or fixture.
2. Turn on the power, then the power indicator lights up.
3. Press the overload test button to see if the resonant frequency of the vibration system is within the working range, and whether there is an overload condition.
4. In general, the sound of ultrasonic waves is a relatively smooth and soft sound. If there is a strange sound, please use it after inspection.
5. No abnormal sound, you can work normally. For the entire ultrasonic metal welding machine, the welding head is a consumable part, which has a service life limit. The service life of the welding tool head is affected by various factors, the main factors being the hardness difference between the tool head (hardened tool steel) and the workpiece (eg non-ferrous metal) and various parameters of the welding. Long-term welding can cause wear or even breakage of the weld head, and when the weld head has a problem, the weld head must be replaced.
