Features: crystal form complete, rule six octahedron, almost no impurities in the crystal, with high static strength (Newtons), impact toughness (TI)and thermal stability(TTI), comprehensive performance to the International equivalent product level, excellent wear resistance.

Use: suitable for cutting tools, drilling tools and brazing tools under extremely high working strength conditions;cutting and drilling of high strength reinforced concrete, asphalt pavement and extremely high hardness granite (F=20), and high performance geoengineering drills.

CSD80

Features: crystal complete, regular hexa-octahedron, very little impurity content in the crystal, with high static strength (Newtonian), impact toughness (TI)and thermal stability(TTI), wear resistance is very good.

Use: suitable for cutting tools, drilling tools, brazing tools and electroplating tools under high working strength conditions;such as reinforced concrete, high hardness granite (F = 15)and high hardness ceramic material cutting and drilling, as well as engineering drill bit.

CSD70

Features: crystal form is more complete, six octahedral, less impurities in the crystal, with high static strength (Newtons), impact toughness (TI)and thermal stability(TTI), good wear resistance.

Uses: suitable for cutting tools, drilling tools, brazing tools and electroplating tools under high working strength conditions; cutting and drilling of concrete, hard granite (F=10), high-grade tiles and high-hardness refractory materials; and heavy-duty grinding tools and medium-duty electroplating brazing tools.

CSD60

Features: crystal form is more complete, six octahedral, less impurities in the crystal, with medium static strength (Newtons), impact toughness (TI)and thermal stability (TTI), wear resistance and sharpness balance.

Uses: suitable for high-speed cutting and drilling in moderate working intensities, such as steel-free concrete pavement, hard marble and low-hardness granite (F=8), cutting and drilling of high-volume building materials, refractory and non-ferrous metal materials, and more heavy-duty grinding tools and medium-duty electroplating and brazing tools.

CSD50

Features: crystal form than the rules, six octahedral, medium impurity content in the crystal, has a general static strength (Newtons), impact toughness (TI)and thermal stability (TTI), wear resistance moderate, sharpness is good.

Uses: suitable for high-speed cutting and drilling in low-to medium-intensity conditions, such as soft marble and sandstone (F=6-5), glass, ceramic and bulk building material cutting and drilling;and medium-load grinding tools and low-load plating tools.

CSD40

Features: crystal 90-95%rule, medium impurity content within the crystal, with low static strength (Newtons), impact toughness (TI)and thermal stability(TTI), wear resistance in general, sharpness is good.

Uses: suitable for high-speed cutting and drilling at low working strength conditions, such as small diameter free cutting punch tool;and low load grinding tools and low load plating tools.

CSD30

Features: crystal 85%rule, crystal impurity content than CSD40, has a low static strength (Newtons), impact toughness (TI)and thermal stability(TTI), poor wear resistance, sharpness is very good.

Uses: suitable for small diameter free cutting tools and punching tools with good sharpness, such as high brittle materials such as precious stones, Jade, crystal and small quantities of stone, glass, tile cutting and punching; and low-load grinding tools and low-load plating tools.

CSD20

Features: 70% crystal rule, more impurities in the Crystal, the surface roughness, with low static strength (Newtons), impact toughness (TI)and thermal stability(TTI), poor wear resistance, excellent sharpness.

Uses: :suitable for small diameter free cutting tool and punching tool with good sharpness, high load ceramic bonding tool, low load metal bonding grinding tool and high sharpness plating tool; for processing hard alloy, magnetic material, glass, ceramic tile, crystal, precious stone and other brittle materials; also can be used with high grade Diamond, adjust the degree of sharpness.

CSD10

Features: crystal form 50%rule, impurities in the crystal content, the surface roughness, has a very low static strength (Newtons), impact toughness (TI)and thermal stability(TTI), wear resistance is poor, excellent sharpness, self-sharpness.

Uses: suitable for medium and high load resin binder tool, medium and low load ceramic binder tool, low load metal binder grinding tool and high sharpness plating tool for processing carbide, magnetic materials, glass, ceramic tile, crystal, precious stones and other brittle materials; also can be used with high grade Diamond, adjust the tool sharpness.
