As the specific solids control equipment, jet mud mixer is used for configuring and aggravating the drilling fluid, changing its density, viscosity and PH. Our jet mud mixer specializes in faster speed, reliable performance and long life.

In the meantime of configuration or the increase of drilling fluid volume, changing the drilling fluid density, viscosity, water loss and so on, drilling fluid materials (bentonite, barite powder) and the corresponding chemical additives (polymer) are needed in the circulation tank. Jet mud mixer can increase the liquid in the tube shear force, improve the dispersion effect and the mixing liquid pressure head, so that the material in the tank can be fully mixed, then make better effect when it's used with shear pump.

Jet Mud Mixer is a corresponding equipment of solids control system, which meet the needs of solids control drilling fluid weighting and compounding in case of different drilling depth. It is combined with a sand pump(or many sets) and a Jet mixing hopper(or many sets), connected by manifold and valve then installed on a base. Aggravated hopper and sand pump can be connected by manifold and valve, or installed separately.

Combining with venturi tube and original jet nozzle, our Jet mud mixer specializes in simple structure and easy manipulation which can satisfy the drilling fluid's need on weighting and compounding from 1500m to 9000m depth. Tiptop jet mud mixer can be customized to be double jet mud mixer based on customer's need.
