SR-24 Laboratory double screw extruder is designed as client’s request and feedback, to provide convenience for formula development, reduce the market time cost and develop cost. The capacity is 1-5kg/hr, mini in size, easy to move and operate, simple to disassemble and clean.

This equipment adopts PLC control, and the speed of extrusion and cutting knife can be changed by frequency converter.

It can be used to make puff snack, pet food, pet treat etc by changing the screw and formula.

The shape of the product can be changed by changing the mold to achieve different shapes, such as cylinder, ball, star shape and so on
