Technological process:

① Using the blanking press for raw materials, to ensure its length, flatness, end face and the bar axis perpendicularity and other technical requirements, after stamping surface should be no burr, if appear uneven should timely adjust the blade；

② To intertwine the materials, to ensure its pitch, width, end clearance, counterpart center offset, joint, precise extrusion of diameter and other technical parameters requirements.(note: when shut guarantee its pitch, width and end clearance, such as joint accord with tolerance)

③ The professional welding was carried out on the circle chain. When welding,adjustment the welding parameters such as current, voltage, speed, temperature, check whether the electrode block is damaged, after being stable for welding；

④ Pre-stretching, use round link chain mold or caliper measurement, ensure the tolerance in the plus or minus 1 mm.

⑤ Tempering treatment, the inverter parameters such as voltage, current, rotate speed adjustment, can be carried out after the data stability of quenching and tempering treatment (thermometer to measure its temperature, ensure the quenching and tempering temperature).

⑥ Inspection qualified products to rust removing, polishing processing, ensure the surface finish.

Steel band conveyor is the kay equipment of the dry slag conveying system, installing at the outlet of the boiler bottom slag discharge device. The conveyor is made up of steel band, chain scraper (cleaning chain), and the casing. The steel band consists of high temperature resistant conveying belt, supporting roller, under roller, side limit roller, driving mechanism, and tension mechanism. The scraper cleaning chain consists of chain, scraper, under roller, driving mechanism, and tension mechanism. There are one adjustable air inlet at both side of the casing, and two air inlet holes at the top of the casing, which can adjust the air according to the generated slag quantity. There are one access doors at both ends of the conveyor used for short time maintenance of the steel band and cleaning chain. The hydraulic tension mode is used for the conveyor belt and the chain scraper, the pressure supply is shared with the hydraulic crusher, and the accumulator tank is available. The function of the steel band conveyor is to continuously receive and sent out high temperature boiler bottom ash, and make the ash have further burning and cooling during the conveying. The conveying speed can be adjusted in accordance with the bottom ash quantity.
