Product Introduction

Purpose and characteristics

Materials and craftsmanship
◇ Cone head screw: Q215 plain carbon wire pier system;
◇ Pipe body: Low carbon steel coil longitudinal shear, formed by continuous die punching, mostly Taiwanese style long hole pipes;
◇ Flange nut: made of plain carbon steel through cold forging, with a tapered part with a stop rotation straight line Leishi; (or optional hexagonal nut with flat washer)
◇ Surface treatment: electro galvanized or other.
Tensile testing and allowable tensile force
Correctly installed on C30 concrete blocks, the failure limit value shall not be less than the allowable load of screws of the same specification.
For example, for the M10 series, it is recommended that the allowable tensile force: the allowable tensile load for a single vertical design is<6000N.
