Building Materials Flammability Tester Radiant Flooring Panel
Apparatus
Application
To measure the critical radiant flux of flame stop spreading
horizontally, and smoke density of flooring material during test.
Features
1. Blower for gas supply of radiant plate can supply gas
continuously, while air compressor supply gas uncontinuously.
2. Heat Flux meter, portable water cooling system without running
water supply.
3. Ventilation hood of stainless steel on the top of the chamber.
4. Inner chamber of Heat and corrosion resistant Aluminum silicate
plate.
5. Heat resistant honeycomb ceramic thermal radiant plate
300mmX450mm, inclined at 30 degree.
6. T-shape porous burner with auto ignition system ignites the
specimen with automatic push system.
7. Gas control board. Needle valve control the height of burner
flame, MFC controls the gas flux and digital display.
8. Inverter control blower output, ventruri control the proportion
of air and gas, and flame is stable, and accurate.
9. porous calibration apparatus: adjust radiant plate output by
turning upward, left or right.
10. IR radiometer shows the temperature of the radiant plate.
11. Optional smoke density testing system.
12. Optical system 2900 ± 100 K light advanced optical signal
receiver.
13. integrated design with 19" PC of Lab view software.
14. Chimney with1pc thermocouple, and 1pc thermocouple inner
Chamber controlled by software.
