Hookstrip Flat Screen for Model 2000 Shale Shaker

Flat screen consists of one or more layers of wire cloth, pretensioned and bonded to a perforated metal panel for strength. The proper wire cloth tension is achieved before fabric, and the wire cloth is divided into small grids, makes the fluid stress distributed evenly across the screen surface, ensure a longer screen life. And also makes the screen repairable with rubber plug.

Compared with the Pinnacle screen, hookstrip flat screen is cheaper and lighter in weight, it is easy to handle.

Hookstrip flat screens are available from 40 mesh to 325 mesh, in market grade and tensile bolting cloths, rectangular wire cloths.

All screens comply with API RP 13C standard.
