Shaker Screen for Model 600 Shaker, Pinnacle Screen Structure
In the oilfield drilling industry, drilled solids within the
drilling fluid must be removed in order to allow re-use of the
drilling fluid. Efficient removal of these drilled solids results
in considerable cost savings to energy companies through proper
solids control, reducing the treatment cost of drilling fluid, as
well as protecting against catastrophic downhole tool damage and
failures.
Model 600 shaker screen is manufactured based on the API standard.
Pinnacle screens increase the total amount of non blanked screen
area by 50% to 125%, thus the screens can increase the flow rate
significantly.

extends life, and provides additional support for heavy solids
loading, (2) tensioned cloth bonded to a screen panel.
