1: Enable one man to handle this portable drilling rig?

Yes, when it is working, one person is enough, but when add the drilling rod, it need another person do assist.

2: Can it drill rocks?

No, it is only for soft layer, such as soil and clay.

3: How about the down drilling speed?

It depends on the working strata and your operating experience, normally, it can drill 20m in an hour.
