Based on the design of our general-purpose machine, we developed the PVC injection molding machine that ensures the strict requirement of PVC products

1. specialized PVC plasticization components, hard chrome plated screw, nozzle(with bigger nozzle hole),and nozzle flange are adopt to ensure the quality of PVC production and extend the life of the mechanical parts. All the components are highly anti-corrosive
2. widened safety door design, equipped with double core pulling device(each one has two inputs and two outputs)
3. barrel are forced cooling by compressed air through air channels in individual zones with independent control or screw oil cooling connected to oil temperature controller ,to avoid thermal degradation of PVC powder in barrel
4. enlarged hydraulic motor, to fit the high torque requirement for PVC plasticization
5. oil cooling and water cooling system in screw barrel for large-sized machine
6. hardened chromed nozzle, large nozzle holt that ensure products flow and volume
7. oversized hydraulic motor matched to meet the large torque requirements neededfor plasticizing PVC material

flow and the Machine action more goes more faster in mould open and ejector process.

2. Material charging more faster:Adopt proportional control for backpressure,can be set in the controller , more smart and easy operation.when material charging,you can set 0 in the backpressure,so the

charging will be more efficient and faster.make sure every shot to be more accurate than manual control

type.

3. Adopt Techmation newest verison controller which is more fast response ,more output and input can

be use for connection the robot in future.

4 Hydraulic safty protection installed in both front and rear operation door.when any door is open,

the hydraulic system will be shut down to provide more safty protect for the operators.

5 Adopt 38CrmoAla Material for key in toogle part.more endurable in using.other supplier may use

40CR or 45# Steel

6 Double oil tank design:because short the distance for the oil return line ,the hydraulic system

response is getting more quicker. In the meantime,this design will reduce the oil temperaure ,protect the oil seal.

7. Using bridge design for the injection unit,avoid material leakage if the injection unit is not stay in the

same level.

8. Adopt double injection cylinder ,more faster and powerful.avoid any injection less or injection not in

the center by single injection cylinder

9. Screw barrel material using top 3 supplier in China

10. Offer 2 hydraulic core pull in the valve panel for future installation

11. Products collection hopper can be dis-assembled and install convenyor in future

12. Install the linear transducer for clamping near the crossing,not easy to get damaged by clearning or

maintaiance.

13. Mould thickness fully-automatic adjustment by sensor,wheel and moto,more accurate
