Titan was built on designing and manufacturing the lightest, strongest, and most durable Container Chassis in the industry. With hundreds of different models, our container chassis are designed to haul a variety of sizes including but not limited to 8', 10', 12', 20', 40', 45', 48' and 53'. Titan also offers hydraulic tippers that can tip up to 45 degrees. We offer tandem axle, wide spread, tri-axle and lowdeck models with a variety of options.
Titan uses a specially engineered steel frame to reduce tare weight, increase payload, and lower operation maintenance. When producing your Container Chassis, Titan uses the most advanced laser and plasma equipment available as well as the latest techniques in jigs and fixtures.

Featurer :
Sophisticated process: the main parts of the vehicle are fabricated by advanced equipment. The longitudinal beams are welded by imported fully automatic tracking submerged arc welding machine. The wheels and axles are assembled by assembly machine and the wheelbase is guaranteed by distance measuring equipment. The parts of the vehicle are shot blasted to greatly improve the paint adhesion.The assemblies are painted before assembly and paints adopt the acrylic polyurethane paint(automotive paint).
Suspension system: the characteristic new suspension system and imported U.S.Holland suspension system feature balanced load among various axles. The tie rod angle of the system is reasonably designed to reduce the instant friction between tire and ground and the abnormal tire wear during the frequent operations. The snap rings for shafts are of integral casting, of which the lower snap ring is the enterprise’s patented product.
Axles: The axles choose the quality products manufactured by professional manufactures, featuring high bearing capacity and difficult deformation. In addition, the optional anti-lock brake system (ABS) from domestic or foreign renowned brand can effectively eliminate the sideslip and drifting of vehicle due to locking of wheels in event of emergency braking and improve the driving safety of the vehicle.
Reinforcement suspension design :Our container semi-trailer, the suspension system will be designed on the strengthening device, which can greatly improve the torsional performance of the container and to prolong service life.
Light dead weight: Our container trailer adopts Embedded LED light, this design can protect light from damaging.
