1. Kurkure Introduction:
Kurkure are extruded snacks, very crunchy and great in taste.
Kurkure are made by extrusion process. The Kurkure corn meal is
moisturized in the flour mixer with water and fed to the Rotary die
Extruder. In the extruder, due to excess heat and pressure from the
screws the meal gets heated and the moisture content gets reduced.
The meal passes through the die and gets uniform shapes by the
rotating die head into required lengths. The Kurkure are fried in
cooking oil and then cooled before flavoring. Seasoning is sprayed
on the Kurkure in the flavoring roller to improve their taste.
2. Machines Involved in Making Kurkure Like this:
1. Flour Mixer kurkure making machine
To mix corn grits with water to prepare the flour for Kurkure

2. Rotary Die Extruder
To cook the corn meal and extrude the Kurkure from the die which
can produce large quantity of heat from the compress and friction.
The Rotary Die twists and curls the meal before extruding giving a
uniform texture
3. Automatic Frying Machine
To fry the Kurkure in hot cooking oil. The uniform frying can make
the kurkure taste crunchy and delicious.
4. Cooling Conveyor
To cool the fried Kurkure and reduce the temperature before packing
5. Automatic Seasoning System
To add required seasoning to the fried and cooled Kurkure to give
the different flavors to them.
6. Automatic Packaging Machine
To pack the Kurkure into attractive printed pouches with gas
flushing automatically.

size in advance.
2. When we received your deposit of this order, we will ask our
engineers to prepare to apply the visa, when the macaroni
processing line arrived your country, and we will send two
engineers to go and help you to install the line, teach your
worker(3-4 workers) how to operate the line, until your worker know
the line well.
3. Our engineers has responsibility to teach your worker how to
clean the extruder, how to change the screw, how to change barrel
etc. and we have responsibility to provide technology support with
you forever.
4. Our engineers can provide basic formula for producing the
macaroni. and help customer to produce good quality food according
customer’s detailed formula.
