This ACE-PTL High Speed Automatic Pocket Tissue Paper Folding Making Machine is used to manufacture pocket tissue, hanky napkin, paper handkerchief etc. take-away tissue paper products. It consists of pocket tissue embossing folding printing machine, automatic single bag pocket tissue packing machine, multi bags paper handkerchief packaging machine. It is a whole fully automatic pocket tissue production line with auto transfer to the packing machine. No need any worker. Each has 8 or 10 pieces and 10 bags in a bundle package.

Technical Specification:

1. Basis weight of paper is 13 ÷ 15.5 g/m² 2-4 layers wooden virgin pulp paper.

This hanky bundle packing machine adopts advanced PLC, touch screen and high precision optical sensors for tracking paper and feeding the films precisely. Adopt cam system for more stable and better packing.
