Q: How to enjoy the OEM services?
A: Usually, base on your design drawings or original samples, we
give some technical proposals and a quotation to you, after your
agreement, we produce for you.
Q: Does your company make mould by yourself?How many kinds of
moulds can you make? Only make the moulds?
A: Yes, we are manufacturer with about Three decades of molding
experience.We can make many kinds of moulds, such as plastic
injection moulds, blowing moulds, stamping moulds, die casting
moulds and silicone rubber moulds. we also can produce the final
parts for you.
Q. Before shipment, how to make sure the products quality?
A: All of the syring barrel passed the QC before package,after
finsihed it,first,will take picture for your reference, second,if
you need,we can send samples to your check the quality,or ask the
third party for inspection in our company.
Q. How to ship the samples and production order?
A: We will normally ship samples via DHL, UPS, or FedEx via our cooperated forwarder of freight collect. For the shipping of production order, it will be by sea or by air.
Q. How to ensure the quality of parts?
A: Firstly, our team will inspect all incoming material. QC team will inspect parts while production and finished products, then submit Quality Inspection Report together with samples and production other.
