space and noise requirement.
Energy saving free cooling is possible for much of the year for
many applications.
Application:
1. Application of dry cooler in computer room air conditioning
system:
In the summer, the air conditioner operates in a normal ethylene
glycol refrigeration system. When the outdoor temperature is
lowered, the glycol refrigerant can be directly used for free
energy saving refrigeration. At this time, the ethylene glycol
circulates in the refrigeration coil, and the refrigerant circuit
and the glycol loop are simultaneously cooled, thus reducing the
energy consumption of the compressor.
When the outdoor temperature is much lower than the critical
temperature—the single-use (energy-saving) glycol refrigeration
system is enough to dissipate all the heat load in the room, the
compression refrigeration system will be completely shut down, and
the whole unit is equivalent to a conventional chiller with an
electric valve.
2. Application of dry cooler in cooling production equipment
system:
Summer: dry cooler cools the refrigerant through a plate exchanger
or shell and tube heat exchanger.
Winter: dry cooler replaces chiller, direct cooling workshop
production equipment.

conditioning system:

Cooling method: The water in the dry cooler system uses a heat
exchanger to cool the circulating water or oil inside the
generator.
