DCGF carbonate drink filling machine, integrating with washing,
filling and capping part, it realizes full-automation in the whole
process, suitable for polyester bottle and plastic bottle filling
of carbonate beverage,like: soda, cola and so on.
The bottle types applicable for various parts are
easily,conveniently and rapidly adjustable.It adopts new isobaric
pressure filling. Compared with the machines of the same
specification, the capacity of this machine is larger.Machine
adopts advanced Mitsubishi programmable logic controller (PLC) to
control.
The input bottle adopts air conveying device; the output bottle
adopts adjustable speed way, which combines with the transducer of
the host machine making the output bottle running more stable and
reliable.

Water treatment system
The Reverse Osmosis process uses a semi-permeable membrane to
separate and remove dissolved solids, organics, pyrogens, submicron
collodial matter, viruses, and bacteria from water. The process is
called "Reverse" Osmosis since it requires pressure to force pure
water across a membrane, leaving the impurities behind. Reverse
Osmosis is capable of removing 95 - 99% of the total dissolved
solids (TDS) and 99% of all bacteria, thus providing safe, pure
water.
