Sugarcane Bagasse Pulp Plate Making Machine is one of the main equipment ZH produce and research,which is also the most welcome type of machine on the market.
Currently in the market mainly manufacturing two types of the thermoforming tableware machine line in the market:
1. ZHTS900 type which is improved one of the former ZHTS8290 machine. The forming platen size is 900*900mm, which capacity is 1080pcs/hr based on 10 inch plate.
2. ZHTS1150 type is to meet for large capacity demand on tableware demand. The forming platen size is 1150*1150mm, which capacity is 1920 pcs/hr based on 10 inch plate.
The Sugarcane Bagasse Pulp Plate Making Machine whole line working process is auto-pulping system and forming system with auxiliary systems. In the thermoforming system, the forming& drying& hot-pressing process are continual finished in one the forming machine, which directly finished products from Sugarcane Bagasse Pulp Plate Making Machine.
The raw materials can be wood pulp, sugarcane bagasse pulp, bamboo pulp etc.
