Manufacturing Process

Our factory owns advanced production lines and machines including two bending calibration machines, hydraulic plate shearing machine, cutting machine, slitting machine, two gas welding machines, hydraulic straightener, etc. All insure us to produce steel poles with best quality.

Inspection
To ensure the quality, we have professional engineers to inspect the poles during the manufacturing and before delivery.We have Lab Test, Workload Test, Steel thickness Test, Galvanization thickness Test, etc.

Delivery
We normally use 40HQ containers and our Port limit weight for a 40HQ is 26 tons.
