Ultrasonic Cleaning Cabin (left cabin): With a standard volume of 60L (customization from 10L to 200L is supported), it is equipped with a reversible cleaning basket (flipping angle: 0 - 90°). The single-batch processing capacity is 50% higher than that of traditional single machines. The bottom flow guide plate design ensures that the uniformity of ultrasonic energy reaches 95% (the measured sound field deviation < 3%), enabling blind - spot-free cleaning of complex structural parts.
Steam Bath Cabin (middle cabin): Adopting a 316L stainless steel jacket structure (wall thickness 5mm), the steam heating efficiency is increased by 30%. It only takes 5 minutes to heat up from room temperature to 120°C. The spray arm rotates 360° (speed 150rpm) and, combined with 0.5mm fine - hole nozzles, achieves 90° vertical steam scouring on the surface of workpieces, with a cleanliness rate of blind corners reaching 98.7%.
Cooling and Drying Cabin (right cabin): It is equipped with a dual-channel heat exchanger, increasing the hot air circulation rate to 20 times per minute.
