The ​​ZLCQ/240 Vacuum Degasser​​ delivers 240m³/h drilling mud treatment capacity with ≥85% gas removal efficiency. Engineered for deep-well operations, its 18.5kW motor (1450rpm) ensures rapid bubble separation while minimizing energy consumption. The compact footprint (1282×1000×3090mm) and 1580kg weight simplify integration into existing mud systems. Featuring a 150mm discharge port and 1.5m submerged length, it guarantees continuous slurry circulation without clogging. Ideal for high-pressure drilling environments requiring stable mud viscosity and density recovery.
