The unique sense of weight, cool touch, and high-end luster of

Metal Lid:
Die casting: Injecting molten zinc alloy into precision molds under
high pressure to form a structurally complex cover in one go is the
mainstream technology.
Electroplating: This is the core technology for achieving a
gorgeous appearance of metal covers. Coat the surface of the
substrate with a layer of metal such as nickel, chromium, gold,
palladium, etc., to provide anti-corrosion protection and brilliant
color.
Spraying and coloring: PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating,
transparent paint spraying (protective coating), or special
coloring treatment (such as aging, enamel) can be performed.
Inner lining assembly: A plastic inner liner (inner plug) must be
installed inside the metal cover. The inner liner is usually made
of ABS or PP, with an embedded elastic gasket (commonly PE or PTFE)
inside, which is the key component that directly contacts the glass
bottle mouth and achieves airtight sealing.
Plastic Lid:
Injection molding: Injecting molten plastic into a mold, cooling
it, and forming it is a core and efficient production technology.
UV coating (vacuum coating): Coating a very thin metal film on the
surface of plastic to give it a metallic luster, but at a lower
cost than electroplating with water.
Spraying: Metal paint, rubber paint (providing a soft touch), pearl
paint, etc. can be sprayed.
In mold injection molding (IMD): Place the pattern film into the
mold, and after injection molding, the pattern is embedded on the
surface, which is wear-resistant and cannot be removed.
Integrated internal sealing: Through exquisite mold design, elastic
sealing structures (such as soft rubber rings) are integrated with
hard covers in one or two injection molding processes.
