Screw barrel adapt high quality 38Cromaia raw material and due to different plastic material , screw barrel can spray bimetallic treatment which with more long service life.


Surface Treatment--PTA Machine

The bimetallic treatment of our screw by the PTA machine. It is a advance equipment which has not been broadly used in bimetallic treatment. Compare to the manual process the advantage is better temperature stability, dense structure and uniform thickness and not liable to crack.


Centrufugal Barrel Bimetallic

The bimetallic barrel is centrifugally cast a 2~4mm thick alloy coat on the output section of barrel inner wall which has excellent corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and high working temperature. And its useful service life is greatly improved contrast to the common nitrided barrel. Bimetal has more obvious advantages when processing high calcium carbonate powder PVC mixture to enhance the abrasion life.
