1. Summary
The vacuum aluminum brazing furnace is mainly used for railway locomotive heat exchange equipment,
air separation equipment and automobile environmental protection production. Products with vacuum
brazing treatment: intercooler, oil cooler, radiator, evaporator, condenser, radar grid antenna, waveguide
and various plate fin or segment heat exchangers.All measurement units adopt international unit (SI)
standard.The measurement units of all parts, components and various instruments of the equipment
adopt the international unit (SI) standard.

3.General Overview
The vacuum brazing furnace is a horizontal, single chamber structure, with furnace doors at both the front and rear side.
The furnace doors are driven by speed reducing motors.
The pneumatic push rod is locked and fed at both ends.The main machine is composed of vacuum furnace body,
heating chamber, vacuum system, inflation system, pneumatic system, water cooling system, electrical control system, etc.
3.1 Vacuum furnace body and cover
The vacuum electric brazing furnace body and cover are of double wall water-cooled structure, and the water inlet
and drainage design avoids the temperature dead zone.The inner and outer walls of the furnace are made of
high-quality carbon steel. The furnace cover is in the form of lateral hinge opening, with bow clamp structure.
The inner surface of the furnace body is polished to ensure the vacuum performance of long-term use.
3.2 Heating chamber, heating element and insulator
The heating chamber of the electric brazing furnace is an octagonal frame structure composed of
all stainless steel, and there are two rows of pulleys
at the bottom of the frame, which is convenient for the overall dragging out, maintenance and repair
of the heating
chamber. The heat shield is made of 5 layers of stainless steel.
Layer 1-4: 0.5mm stainless steel (304).
Layer 5: 1mm stainless steel (304) is the outermost layer.
The heating element adopts wide-band nickel chromium strip(Cr20Ni80), with uniform heating and small heat loss.
The heating temperature is divided into 10 zones for heating and temperature control. The heating elements are
arranged in a serpentine manner with wide-band high-temperature nickel chromium strips, which not only ensures
good furnace temperature uniformity, but also helps to improve the high-temperature strength and working life of
the heating strips.
The insulator adopts 95% alumina insulating porcelain.
There is a movable sealing belt on the end face of the heating chamber, which can avoid the pollution of magnesium
vapor to the interior of the thermal insulation layer as much as possible. At the same time, it is easy to clean.
