Product detail
1. Raw Material Feeding
- PVC resin, stabilizers, plasticizers, and additives are mixed and
fed into the hopper of the extruder.
2. Extrusion & Melting
- The single/twin-screw extruder heats and melts the PVC mixture,
pushing it through a die head to form a continuous tube.
3. Molding & Shaping
- For corrugated hoses, the molten PVC passes through a vacuum
sizing tank and corrugator molds.
- For smooth tubes, a calibrator ensures precise diameter control.
4. Cooling & Solidification
- The shaped hose enters a water cooling tank to harden and
stabilize its structure.
5. Perforation (Optional for Drip Irrigation Hoses)
- A punching unit creates evenly spaced holes for drip irrigation
applications.
6. Traction & Length Control
- A puller maintains consistent speed, ensuring uniform hose
length.
7. Cutting & Coiling
- An automatic cutter slices the hose into desired lengths,
followed by winding into rolls or straight packing.
8. Quality Inspection & Packaging
- Final inspection for leak-proofing, pressure resistance, and
dimensional accuracy before packaging.
