Soft PVC cable insulation compounds

PVC cable mass is usually compounded in two stages: hot/cold mixing in the powder phase, followed by compounding and pelletizing on a Co-Kneader.
Compounding requirements can be summarized as follows. The plasticizers and other constituents like stabilizers, additives, fillers, reinforcements, flame retardants and others. are absorbed in the porous PVC grain and then must be systematically gelled, dispersively and distributively mixed, and agglomerated. This is all in compliance with well defined temperature limits. Custom-tailored property profiles lead to a wide variety of formulations, with efficient production in rather decreasing batch sizes.
Our PVC compounds for wires & cables are complied with RoHS,Reach,UL, we have directed customers to use our RoHS Reach compliant products for their wires and cables to protect the environment.

7. Transportation and storage:
After unpacking should be run out as soon as possible, or temporarily stored in sealed containers,
to avoid the absorption of moisture in the air
Store in a well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight
Keep away from heat, ignition sources, combustibles and incompatible materials
The storage area must be cleaned and properly structured to avoid dust accumulation

8.Factory Introduction:

Our factory is located in Shangyou industrial zone, Shangyou country,Ganzhou city,Jiangxi province, and setting up sales office and warehouse in Dongguan city. The new and standard factory is built on 40,000 sq. mtr with a total annual capacity of approximately 10,000 tons of various products,covers 2 flame retardant production-line, 7 cable filler yarn production-line,32 twisted machine, with full modernization of testing equipment. All of the products can be exported freely.
The company has passed the ISO 9001:2008 quality system certification. Each of these products can reach to environmental requirement by SGS company: such as ROHS, REACH-SVHC, Halogen Free. More than 30% of products are exported to Europe, America, Japan, Southeast Asia and Africa, having cooperation with many well-known listed companies at home and abroad.
