• The RJ45 jack with integrated magnetics with 1x1 form factors
addresses many of the industrial applications
• Integrated magnetics reduces the (analog) design efforts
required by the customer
• Offering standardized Tape & Reel or Tray packing for fully
automated or manual assembly process
Jack Placement Note:
The RJ45 Jack should be handled only by the housing to avoid deformation, contamination, or other damage to the contact solder tines and, where applicable, shield solder tines
A. Alignment
The RJ45 Jack with integrated Magnetics shall be flush and evenly
seated on the PC board. A hold-down may hold the jack in place
during the soldering process.
B. Position
Determine which hole in the PC board is to receive the number one
contact tine, then orient the jack so the number one solder tine is
aligned with the hole. Start all solder tines into the board, then
press the top of the jack until it sits on the PC board.
