Welding Positioner is special welding auxiliary equipment, suitable
for welding deformation of rotary work to get ideal processing
position and welding speed. Modification machine can use with
operating machines, welding machine to compose the automatic
welding center, which also can be used for manual operation of
workpiece displacements. Workbench rotation adoptedinverter
stepless speed regulation, and the speed precision is high. Remote
control box can realize the remote operation of workbench, also can
connect with operating machines, welding machine system to realize
linkage operation.
Welding Positioner is mainly used for transformations of workpiece
position, Modification machine is mainly used for transformations
of workpiece position, so that the workpiece is in the best
position to achieve the welding assembling or position the work
required, in order to improve the work efficiency.
According to the working state machine displacements, our company
divided it into the following several categories: fixed tilting
(TP), the head and tail lifting type (HTLP). According to
