TC series precision ceramics vacuum filter is a new kind of

Pulp suction area: While working, the filter plate immersing in the
pulp combines vacuum pressure under the action of capillarity, to
absorb the surface to be a layer of filter cake. The filtrate
enters into the distributing value via filter plate and then to the
Spray washing area: After the filter cake comes out from the pulp
hopper, it sprays and washes the filter cake.
Drying area: The filter cake continues to be dewatered under the
action of high vacuum force.
Dischargingunder the condition of entering a vacuum-free space, the
scraper will discharge automatically.
Back flushing :The industrial water or filtrate enters into ceramic
plate via the distributing value, and they are washed from the
internal to the external. Clean the micropores blocked.After a
period of using the ceramic plate, clean the ceramic plate with
ultrasonic and low-concentration acid, to keep high efficiency
application of the ceramic plate.
