Slurry-sucking district: screen plate which is dipped in the slurry
will be formed into one layer of filter cake under capillary
function and vacuum pressure, the liquid will enter into
distributing valve and drain tan via screen plate.
Cleaning district: spray the filter cake after coming out of the
Drying District: filter cake will be dehydrated under high vacuum
Discharging district: the scraper will discharge the materials
automatically under no-vacuum state
Back-cleaning district: industrial water or filter liquid will be
cleaned from inner part to outer part after entering into
distributing valve and ceramic board. Clean micro-hole of jam.
After one period of application, ceramic board should be cleaned
with ultrasonic and acid with low concentration to let the board
work with high efficiency.
