These converters are made in a highly controlled and repeatable manner to duplicate the performance of the OEM models. The parts are made from certified materials in tightly controlled manufacturing processes, assembled and tested in a climate-controlled environment using carefully calibrated equipment, then properly aged and re-tested to ensure performance that duplicates the OEM part. Also we have second Branson machine, all replaced transducer will work on the original Rinco welding machine before shipment, so that there will be no tuning problem.

We worked on the OEM design to make these units more durable. We left no stone unturned to try to give you the best product anyone knows how to make. We are proud to make a unit that looks different and probably outperforms the OEM unit. Before year 2012, we only sale second branson / dukane / rinco / herrman/telsonic welding equipment , during these twenty year develop, we find, more and more people have problem with the core part of ultrasonic welding equipment -generator and transducer, so we decided to start our business of transducer and generator of our own transducer and generator. Many of the end user meet the transducer problem, they don’t know why transducer broken, and changing the expensive transducer one by one.
