Working method:

After materials are sent to the crushing chamber through the screw conveyor from the hopper, they will be impacted, cut and grinded and crushed by high-speed rotating blades (needle bar types) and fixed needle bar disks. The powder is discharged outside the cavity through a screen and the particle size can be obtained by replacing the screen mesh of different pore sizes.
