Water bottling machine feature:

2. Bottle transmission adopts neck-hold technology. It is not necessary to adjust the height of the equipment to change the bottle shape.

3. The three-in-one unit to complete the bottle washing, filling, sealing three processes, bottle wear, accurate and stable transmission, convenient bottle replacement.

4. The specially designed stainless steel bottle punch is strong and durable. It does not touch the threaded part of the bottle mouth to avoid the secondary pollution of the bottle mouth.

5, High speed large flow gravity filling valve, filling speed is fast, the liquid level is accurate without liquid loss.

2. The turnover mechanism of the bottle washing machine is mainly composed of water distribution plate, bottle washing clip, upper turntable, guide rail, protective cover, water spraying device and water receiving plate.

3. The filling institution is mainly composed of the filling bucket, filling valve, guide rail, lifting device, and lifting device for sticking bottles.

4. The sealing mechanism is composed of three parts, namely, lid-laying device, lid-falling guide and lid-turning machine.

5. Auxiliary (or optional) equipment includes flushing water reflux tank, bottle inlet air duct and bottle outlet chain.
