CDZ40A Aerial Platform Fire Truck is a multi-functional vehicle of full hydraulic drive, 360º swing with combined 4-section telescopic boom plus a folding jib and a rescue ladder. The superstructure is mounted on a “Benz” 3331 6×4 universal chassis. Engine emission complies with Euro Ⅱ standard. Large box-typed sub-frame, double cylinders for front support elevating and H-shaped outriggers are available. The working cage is articulated at the end of the jib. Stainless steel water pipeline and rescue ladder fixed along the right side of telescopic boom telescoping with boom simultaneously. Hydraulic oil pipeline and cables enclosed by chain plates lying along the left side of the telescopic boom are for separately transmitting the oil and electricity in chassis to the working cage to perform operations of superstructure in the cage. The support of falling device is fixed on the side of the working cage and a water monitor made by Darley company is installed on the working cage of high-tension metal structure. The rescue ladder has high tension and is light in weight. The electro-hydraulic proportional control is applied in the vehicle. Safety devices are well equipped. Advanced performance, smooth and stable movements, fine inching control, safe and reliable operations are available.
