II. Structure and characteristics:
1. Cylinder section: One stainless-steel plate type cylinder mould(Φ 1800mm× 3300mm). One Sealed pressure cylinder vat. One couch roll (Φ 500mm× 3300mm), coated by rubber, rubber hardness HS-38C± 2.
2. Dryer section: One dryer can (Φ 3000mm× 3300mm), one touch roll(Φ 600mm× 3300mm), pneumatic loading device. Coated by rubber, Rubber hardness HS-90C± 2, dryer can equipped with one set of Double layer exhaust hood.
3. Winding section: One sweat cylinder (Φ 1000mm× 3300mm), winding paper on sweat cylinder.
4. Rewinding and cutting section: Equipped with 2880mm rewinding & perforating machine,
5. Drive & Control section: Alternating current, frequency converter, speed control, section drive;
