1. Direct-link structure for board-loading, tailor-made stainless steel chain conveyor, wear well

Adopting infrared heater to preheat system ,PID temperature control and auto-adjust voltage phase by simulation to improve the temperature accuracy up to ± 1°C .This preheating system is equipped with high temprature proof glass which can achieve perfect lead-free soldering ,preheating temprature combining with infrared heater, its special structure design allows the temperature drop from preheating zone to the solding zone less than ±5°C ;
