Our single-head bending machines of NCBA series are made by the advanced Italian techniques and are automatic stereo pipe benders with the collecting machine, liquid and electricity to integrate. This machine adopts the advanced imported touch screen operation and it can input, store a variety of elbow data and instruction. It has three-dimensional continuous indexing in automatic multi angle and the manual feeding is to the need for complex work piece machining accuracy. It is a European style bending equipment which is professional, high-speed and economical. And this machine is equipped with hydraulic drive, and it's electrical control system adopts touch screen control, text control and PLC centralize control program. It is equipped with a clamping tube, guided mode, input core, wrinkle-free, auxiliary pushing and bending device. Its bending angle is controlled by high precision imported angle controller. Under the control of the hydraulic, it can bend various specifications of metal pipe and special shaped pieces of metal in the cold state within the specified range. 1. In the hydraulic system of the pipe bender, the main oil cylinder, the main clamping cylinder, the guide cylinder and the material clamping cylinder are all controlled by hydraulic check valve, which reduces the pressure loss and ensures the bending, clamping and pressing action in the bending process.

2. The one-way throttle loop is used in the main oil cylinder, the main clamp cylinder, the guide cylinder and the mandrel cylinder, which makes the system speed adjustable and meets the different pipe bending process.

3. The main oil cylinder has a secondary oil throttling speed control loop, so that the work speed is smooth, no impact, the speed load characteristics are good.

4. You can choose manual and semi-automatic operation.

5. Use high function imported Japan hydraulic components.

6. The machine has big capacity wind cooling system and can control the working temperature.

7. The machine has stable function, high efficiency and high safety factor, is the ideal choice for the pipe processing.

8. Adopting solenoid valve and integrated circuit to control each motion separately, which will extend the life of the parts of hydraulic system.

9. Three-step circuit is with the functions of cooling and sedimentation to keep hydraulic oil from deterioration.
