1 . Descriptions:

The fabric is one kind of 2-2 twill T400 melange outdoor fabric . Its content is 100%P .Its count is 150D+150D*150D+(75D+75D). It is usually used in jacket ,down jacket and many winter clothes . We do just dyeing finishing with it,so this fabric is waterproof and stiffening.

According to your requirments , we can do many processes of finishing to get different functions, just like coated , lamination ,bonding or etc.

3 . About Melange Fabric:

Sydney spinning elastic and light fabric, the surface of the fabric has a clear matte texture, the fabric texture is strong, the hand feels soft, can be used as a film, TPU Yao grain and so on, suitable for autumn and winter ready-to-wear, cotton clothes, down jackets, windbreakers, ski clothes, outdoor Jackets and so on.

The yarn weaving is made of a nylon and a polyester mesh. The advantages of nylon and polyester are extremely high, that is, alkali and acid resistance, which not only increases the smoothness of the fabric. The feel of the fabric also makes the fabric both sturdy and lint-free. According to reports, after the fabric is woven and dyed, the fabric is subjected to post-coating treatment to achieve anti-freeze and cold-resistant effects.

4 . Different types of composition:

1. Woven stick woven fabrics: can be put two different styles of fabrics together to form different effects, such as stick plain coloured fabrics on printed or woven fabrics. So that clothes do not need lining ,but you can see a completely different visual effect when you open it;

2. Woven stick knitted fabric: woven fabric has good wind protection function, while the knitted fabric is relatively soft and comfortable for close-fitting. This kind of composite fabric is the most widely used, especially when it is attached to the granulated fabric. Many outdoor brands use this fabric, called soft shell. And knitted fabrics can be plush, such as coralline, cotton, lamb, etc., or we can be pasted with granulated flannelette, or even thin knitted fabrics to make windbreaker, etc.
