Adjustment of reverse osmosis equipment valves:
The flow and pressure of the reverse osmosis system have certain requirements. The equipment should be adjusted to the appropriate state to
make the reverse osmosis system run stably. It only needs to be adjusted once, and then the manual valve opening can be kept unchanged.

1. Check the electrical appliances and piping to ensure that the original water tank has water;
2. Open the water source switch before the water solenoid valve
3. Fully open RO high pressure pump rear ball valve, concentrated water discharge valve, closed return valve
4. Open [Original Pump/Manual], [High Pressure Pump/Manual], [Total Power/ON].

6. Adjustment of the pressure switch before the high pressure pump: The pressure switch in front of the high pressure pump mainly prevents
damage to the equipment caused by the high pressure pump still running when the water pressure is insufficient. Adjust the pressure switch
before the high pressure pump to 0.5kg/cm2, and properly close the valve after the high pressure pump, so that the high pressure pump does
not start frequently.
7. Adjust the concentrated water discharge valve (closed) reverse osmosis membrane [inlet water pressure] about 0.8--1Mpa, the concentrated
water flow rate is about: 0.6m3/h, and the pure water flow rate is about 1.5m3/h. Adjust the return water valve so that the concentrated water
flow rate is about 0.6-1.0m3/h, and the [inlet water pressure] is about 0.8--1Mpa. (When all the drains can be used, it is recommended to close
the return water valve, which is beneficial to increase the life of the membrane.

Flow diagram: When the button is all set to automatic, the device is executed as follows:
When starting up, the raw water solenoid valve and flushing solenoid valve are fully open, and the high pressure pump is turned on after 5
seconds. After flushing for 30 seconds, the flushing solenoid valve is closed and the system enters the normal water supply state.
When the system is connected with pure water high level control (floating ball switch), the system automatically opens the flushing solenoid
valve and closes the high pressure pump when the water is full. After the low pressure flushing for 20 seconds, the original water pump and the
water inlet solenoid valve are closed. When the original water tank has water and the pure water tank is low, the original water pump, high
pressure pump and water inlet solenoid valve are automatically opened to make water.
When the current processing system is automatically flushed or regenerated, the high pressure pump stops and the water inlet solenoid valve closes.
