Adjustable Ball Valve Lockout

• Made from ABS.
• Removable insert accommodates a wide range of handle designs and dimensions.
• It has an auxiliary rear plate, which can lock out double roll valves.

Valve locks can be selected from a variety of materials, according to the environment used by locks, such as air dry humidity, high temperature and acid and alkali resistance.

Selection process of ball valve locks

1. Determine the number of ball valves in the factory;
2. Determine the size of ball valves in the factory and count the number of each size section;
3. Clear the usable range of straight plate ball valve locks;
4. Determine the locking frequency of ball valves of different sizes in the factory;
5. Determine the number of straight plate type ball valve locks and ball valve locks with backstop.
