1. Stainless steel perforated sheet
Stainless steel perforated sheet is made of 304 or 316 sheet. It has been punched with a series of
holes to give you a nominated pattern. The pattern can vary
depending on the hole size, hole center and the thickness of the
material.
Stainless 304 perforated sheet has many useful qualities including
high temperature and corrosion resistance, ease of fabrication and
maintenance, making it suitable for many internal and external
applications. Stainless 304 perforated sheet is widely used across
many sectors including petro-chemical; pharmaceutical and medical,
automotive and food industries.
Stainless 316 perforated sheet is better resistant to general
corrosion and pitting than type 304 and is particularly suited to
industries where a higher level of resistance to corrosion is
required, such as pharmaceutical and medical, and architectural and
marine industries.

4. Application
Stainless steel perforated sheet has many functional uses because
of its corrosion resistant properties. Filtering and screening are
major applications.
- Screening. Because of its durability and weather resistance, many
architectural building products are manufactured from stainless
steel perforated sheet, even whole building facades or decorative
features like sun screens, balustrade infill panels and
ventilators.
- Filtering. Because of the high temperature and chemical resistance, it is
widely used in the food, pharmaceuticals industries and other
industries, such as sterilization trays, basket strainers,
vibrating strainers for solids, degreasing baskets.
- Other application include sound diffuser, basket strainers, waster
paper baskets, street furniture, battery and fuse box cover
radiator covers.
