PCD cutting tool blanks consist of PCD layer integrally sintered at ultrahigh pressure and high temperature to a cemented tungsten carbide backing. They have the high hardness and abrasion resistance of nature diamond, and combined with the toughness that of tungsten carbide. Their life are 10 to 100 times of tungsten carbide cutters.They are widely used in Automobile industry,Aerospace aviation,3C industry.

PCD blank are made by diamond and tungsten carbide substrate. It is wear-resistant and impact toughness.

PCD tips are widely used in PCD cutting tools to cut steel, wood, stone etc.
