MXJJ-50AC PLC control digital display Charpy impact testing machine
MXJJ-50AC Charpy impact testing machine is mainly used in measuring
impact toughness of non-metallic materials such as rigid plastics
(including sheet, pipe, plastic profile), reinforced nylon, glass
fiber reinforced plastic, ceramic, cast stone, and electrical
insulation materials, etc. It is widely used in the chemical
industry, scientific research units, colleges and universities
quality inspection and other departments.
It is an accurate and reliable impact testing machine with simple
structure, easy and convenient to operate.
This instrument adopts PLC control, touch screen operation and
display, and can also be operated from the PC end. If equipped with
the intelligent sampling device of sample size in our company, the
PC can automatically collect the sample size for impact. According
to the energy loss value automatically collected, the impact
strength is calculated automatically, and the data can be saved
automatically. It can also print out the test report.

Working principle
The specimen of horizontal beam is attacked by the pendulum with
known energy, and destroyed by one time impact of the pendulum. The
impact line is located in the center of the two supports. The
energy difference of the pendulum hammer before and after impact is
used to determine the energy absorbed by the specimen during
failure. Then the impact strength is calculated according to the
original cross-sectional area of the specimen.
