The main circuit of the electroplating power supply includes the
main circuit (composed of power frequency three-phase AC input,
diode rectifier bridge, filter inductor capacitor, high frequency
full bridge inverter, high frequency transformer, output current
doubler rectifier filter link), control circuit, drive circuit,
protect the circuit. The electrical block diagram of the entire
system is shown in the figure. The load of the system is an
electroplating bath, which is inductive. Since the resistance of
the electroplating solution is very small and the passing current
is large, an overcurrent protection circuit must be designed.
