Structure principle:
The main body of the instrument consists of a base box and a
column. The base box has electrical control components. The upper
part of the base box is equipped with a control panel box and a
creel. The main column is equipped with a motor inside, and the
movement is transmitted through the toothed belt pair and the screw
rod pair. The upper and lower chucks adopt eccentric clamping
method, which is quick and convenient to clamp. The lower chuck is
connected with the screw nut for upper and lower movement. The
structure of the instrument is simple and reliable, and the shape
is beautiful. When testing, just press the button as needed. Set
various test parameters for testing, the instrument has power-off
data storage function, which is very convenient for operation and
use. Moreover, the instrument has high transmission precision, good
repeatability, and high-precision sensors. At the same time, the PC

equipped with computer, Windows operating system, high-resolution
color display, health disk, mouse and printer, which makes the data
collection, calculation and output all automatic and instantly
display data and strong curve).
The operation of the whole instrument is carried out under the
control of the computer inside the machine. The internal force
sensor is connected with the upper gripper. The tensile force of
the yarn during the test is measured by the force sensor and the
strong elongation is given by the stepping motor pulse. The number
is calculated by the computer, and finally the internal computer
counts and prints out all the test data through the printer.
Use:
This instrument is used to measure the tensile strength and
elongation at break of yarns, monofilaments, threads,
multifilaments and wires.
