G120 horizontal hobbing machine is similar to high precision, good

Product Usage:
This machine is mainly used for high-precision machining of
high-precision small-modulus spur gears, helical gears and worm
gears. Can be widely used in motorcycles, instruments, instruments,
toys, power tools, fishing gear, computer shafts and other
industries of various precision small size gear processing,
especially suitable for a variety of fine shaft parts processing.
1. Large processing range
1.1 Steel parts can be processed to 1.5 modulus, copper parts,
aluminum parts, plastic parts can be processed to 2 modules. The
tool uses high quality hob, which can directly cut hardened steel
parts of HRC 62 degrees.
1.2 Through the combination of various exchange hanging wheels, the
number of teeth that can be machined ranges from 3 to 325 teeth,
and the angle of rotation of the hob is ±60°.
2. High precision
2.1 The main parts are purchased in Taiwan. The main shaft parts
are made of babbitt alloy bearings, which are resistant to high
temperature and good stability.
2.2 When using high-precision hob and adopting reasonable cutting
specifications, it can process GB/T2363-1990 (m<1mm) 6-level
precision spur gear;
2.3 When using high-precision hob and adopting reasonable cutting
specifications, it can process GB/T2363-1990 (m<1mm) 6-level
precision helical gear;
2.4 When using a high-precision hob and adopting a reasonable
cutting specification, the radial machining of the worm gear can
achieve the same accuracy as the spur gear.
3. High efficiency
3.1 Spindle stepless speed change, the operation is very
convenient. It is simple and quick to process the fashion clip
workpiece, and the high performance is more prominent in mass
production.
3.2 Quick clamping mechanism, clamped by spring collet, the maximum
clamping diameter is 18mm, which can realize quick loading and
unloading during processing of thin shaft parts.
4. Good lubrication and cooling system
The machine is lubricated with automatic continuous lubrication.
The hob spindle directly uses pressure lubricant, so that the hob
spindle can get sufficient lubrication and good cold heat
dissipation during high-speed cutting.
5. Excellent control system
The electrical control system of this machine is made of Japanese
brand and its performance is stable.
