According to curing conditions, there are standard curing and lower temperature curing type;

According to gloss, there are different gloss level such as
high gloss ( above 85%),
flat gloss( 50%-85%),
semi gloss ( 7%-50%),
matt( below 7%)
and gloss can be adjusted according to customers requirements.

Available in various kinds of surface appearance such as smooth effect, art textures effect including sandy, wrinkle, orange-figured, fissure, and metallic effect etc.

Specific gravity: 1.4-1.7g/cm3 (varied with different color and gloss)

Particle size distribution 100%<100μm it can be adjusted.

Standard type: 200°C/15 minutes

Lower type:180°C/20 minutes

However,the inhalation of dusts should be avoided.An operateor should wear an anti-dust mask and try best to avoid long time contact with the powder coatings.
