2.How does your factory do regarding quality control?

A2: Quality is the priority. All part are RoHS compliant and the products have all CE,FCC and UL certificates depending on your market, we also make 100% QC inspection before shipment in addition to 100% testing during production.

3.What's the best way for shipping?

A3: For small order, express will be the best. And for bulk order, Ocean shipping will be better. We can help you to arrange the shipping if you want. We will send you offer from our shipping partner so that you compare with your own, you can decide who to use based on the most competitive offer you get. We only help for that free of charge to help client optimize their delivery time

4.How long shall I get the goods I ordered?

A4:We begin the mass production after the sample confirmed, and the OEM time is about the 14 days for quantity below 5,000 pcs. Larger order need delivery time agreement with customer.
